CERTIFICATION Overview: Engaged and truly informed research volunteers are vested in your study's success. Focusing on sheer numbers is not sufficient, and you know it. Regardless of budget allocation, timeline, or study endpoints, empowered human participants are paramount to completion. Little else matters.

Time you had the tools to make it happen. Historical obstacles, delays and shortfalls should be just that: history.

  1. Clinical Ambassador provides supplemental training modules that hone your skills and to earn our certification.
  2. To partners and participants, certification says: "I am competent in more than just science. I care about the process and the outcomes of your studies. And most importantly, I am recognized as a human being who cares about my fellow human beings."
  3. Certification relays the message that an unbiased 3rd party monitors patient satisfaction and "customer service," and that protocol and practices have been scrutinized and deemed worthy of consideration.
  4. Beyond federal oversight and IRB approval, being certified by us means something about who you are. And who participants can trust.
  5. Clinical Ambassador certification is the industry's version of a "Good Housekeeping" seal of approval.

Metrics: The most effective one is building better relationships with the actual patient population who will be your market.

Winning formula: Studies must be designed pragmatically, with actual human engagement in mind. Participants tell us they're likely to stay in a study when they're not treated like "subjects."

Training is personalized: Clinical Ambassador mojo also includes access to one-on-one confidence-building coaching.

Why get certified? Verifiable "people" expertise that confers additional credibility. More confidence in sustained patient engagement over time and across indications.

Perks are great: Stay "fresh" for ONE YEAR. And it's easy.
Clinical Ambassador certification is good for a calendar year. Each module is available on demand.

Who/What gets "certified?" Individual members can earn certification, as well as teams, study sites, and parent organizations. Options for every scenario and set of needs.
